I’m a creative, left-brained leader with a deep background in marketing, communications, and digital transformation.

For over 20 years, I’ve led large-scale CRM rollouts, customer experience redesigns, and enterprise IT programs across sectors including tech, healthcare, manufacturing, and software.

My expertise sits at the intersection of program delivery, human behaviour, and strategic clarity.

I’ve seen firsthand that even the most well-funded transformations fail without engagement, alignment, and belief. That’s why I focus on building capability, helping teams understand change, not just survive it.
