ABOUT THE C EFFECT

I’m Isabel Chetta, Transformation Catalyst and founder of The C Effect.

For over 20 years, I’ve worked at the intersection of technology, delivery, communication, and human behaviour, the place where most transformations either succeed quietly or fail noisily.

My background spans:

  • complex digital and organisational transformations

  • senior delivery and program leadership

  • change management and adoption (Prosci certified)

  • crisis and recovery work in high-stakes environments

I’ve lived and worked internationally, including several years in California, and led initiatives across EMEA, JAPAC, and the US, while also working closely with local organisations navigating very real, very human challenges.

What I’ve learned is simple, and hard-earned:

  • Technology doesn’t derail transformations.

  • People don’t resist change for no reason.

  • Most failure is structural, and most costs are operational and human.

That insight shaped The C Effect.

THE C EFFECT PHILOSOPHY

The C Effect is built on a holistic view of change:

  • People — how meaning, trust, fatigue, and resistance form

  • Process — how work actually flows, breaks, and compensates

  • Technology — how systems shape behaviour, not just capability

I don’t optimise these in isolation.

I look at where they contradict each other, and what that costs.

My role is not to take over execution or tell organisations what they “should” do.

It’s to help leaders see clearly enough to decide with integrity, and to move forward without pretending.

Calm. Clear. Grounded in reality.
Without noise, theatre, or dependency.

This philosophy runs through everything we do.

In organisations, it shows up as decision clarity before further commitment or escalation.
In individuals, it shows up as self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and practical skills that allow people to act deliberately rather than reactively, the foundation of Career Growth Lab.
